Can be home based with travel to the UK sites Our client has a global presence and has continued to grow in recent years. As a result, the People Business Partner is a newly created role, supporting the Head of People and leading a small team in the UK This is a true Business Partner role, working with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, providing comprehensive support to the business including talent management, employee relations and reward. This role will also manage key people projects and initiatives, support the embedding of leadership development programmes and much more. Flexibility to work remotely and travel to any site location as required Is a key part of the role and includes – Strategic People Support and Business Collaboration Work closely with the Head of People to drive forward the people agenda, strategic projects and ER advisory services for Line Managers. Partner with business leaders to align business goals with the people strategy.
