About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Main Duties

1. Maintain good relationships with existing customers, understand customer needs, and provide personalized financial advice
2. Develop new customers and promote the company’s financial products and services
3. Assist customers with financial planning, provide investment and insurance advice
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide efficient solutions
5. Work with internal teams to ensure that customers receive the best service experience
6. Regularly track and report on customers’ financial status and changes in needs

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, finance, economics, business administration, and other related majors are preferred
2. At least 3 years of experience in account management or related fields
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trusting relationships with different types of customers
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to provide valuable financial advice
5. Self-motivated, able to work efficiently under pressure, and have a team spirit
6. Proficient in office software and customer management systems
