Electrician Solar

We require 3 Electrician teams to wire in the solar systems to cover GU postcode areas. All material is supplied, and the pay is £550 per completed install (consumer units are classed as upgrades and there is extra payment for this), which is also controlled by our management system to ensure correct completion and payment.

We have around 600 installs due for completion over the next three months and approximately 450 in the pipeline post March.

Must have Solar Panel Experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform solar panel installations on residential and commercial properties in accordance with project plans and specifications.
2. Conduct electrical wiring, mounting, and testing of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
3. Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
4. Adhere to health and safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field.
2. Knowledge of electrical systems and construction principles.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
