Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and meets all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine our menu offerings.
- Ensure consistent quality control, from food preparation to presentation.
- Maintain clear communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle customer feedback related to food quality, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

- Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor, cook, or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
