We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment efforts across the EMEA region. This role will focus on the effective execution of recruitment processes, team leadership and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and team performance.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines to attract and secure top talent.
- Manage contracts and job postings with regional job boards and cultivate relationships with universities to build talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to meet recruitment needs.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all local and regional employment laws.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external recruitment partners, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team, with proven ability to manage and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of GDPR and regional employment laws.
