Within our Business Services vertical, we offer a multitude of solutions focused on helping businesses of all sizes drive higher revenue growth, maximize operational efficiencies, and improve customer experience. Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation, and Customer Data Management.
About the role: The Product Experts team is part of the GCO / Professional Services department, and you will report to the Product Experts team manager. We work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with the entire R&D team (Development, QA, Technical Documentation, etc.), as well as the Product Support team and Professional Services Consultants.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead investigations of client cases during the production phase by interpreting and analyzing application logs and issue scenarios.
- Assist with issues raised by Professional Services during the pre-production phase via TechOps and SpecOps channels.
- Provide initial analysis on Investigation Requests sent to Engineering.
- Occasionally visit client sites for interventions.
- Ensure proper documentation for support cases within your scope.
- Participate in validating client environments before deployment to production.
- Assist in training internal teams and clients on our solutions’ technical environments.
- Support Engineering in articulating customer scenarios, especially within Quality groups, and assist with testing corrections or specific cases.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent, with prior experience in similar roles, including software development.
- Proven experience with databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL).
- Experience with Unix environments (AIX, Solaris) and IBM MQ.
- Knowledge of web & application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic).
- Experience with Mainframe or AS400 systems is a plus.
