About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented K-beauty enthusiast and creative. As a Social Media Executive at Skin Cupid, you will be the creative force behind our online presence, crafting engaging content across various channels and connecting with our vibrant community. If you love beauty, storytelling, and social media, this role offers a perfect blend of creativity and strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Social Channel Management: Manage daily operations of all social media channels, adapting strategies and content for each platform.
2. Content Strategy: Develop fresh, on-trend content ideas that are fun, engaging, and educational, bringing your creative flair to our socials.
3. Video Content Creation: Plan, create, and edit short-form social media videos for TikTok and Instagram.
4. Community Engagement: Engage with our Cupid Community, acting as the voice of Team Cupid in comments, DMs, captions, and LIVEs.
5. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations based on metrics.
6. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and CEO to amplify campaigns and lead the team\’s social media presence.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in content creation and social media management.
• Passion for Skincare and Beauty: Genuine enthusiasm for skincare and makeup, especially Asian skincare.
• Creative Vision: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Written Communication: Excellent skills in crafting compelling text that reflects our brand voice across all channels.
• Verbal Communication: Comfortable speaking on camera and conveying information effectively.
• Editing Skills: Proficient in video editing platforms such as CapCut and InShot.
• Platform Knowledge: Understanding of platform-specific features and best practices for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
• Problem-solving: Ability to handle challenges professionally and tactfully.
• Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
