About the role: At London South East Colleges (LSEC), we are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to focus on our motor vehicle & Management Sectors. This role is crucial in fostering industry partnerships, enhancing apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring excellent management practices. This role is a commission based role with a potential of earning £45K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with management & motor vehicle businesses.
- Develop strategic partnerships to promote LSEC's apprenticeship programmes.
- Design and implement industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes.
- Conduct outreach to attract apprentices and inform businesses of the benefits.
- Provide ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success.
- Oversee the coordination and smooth operation of apprenticeship programmes.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and present reports on program outcomes and business engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in apprenticeships or sales sector.
- Experience in developing and managing apprenticeship programmes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions quickly.
