Role Overview: In this role you will drive direct sales within your territory by using outstanding hunting and account management skills. You will be directly responsible for driving new business and existing revenues to achieve your sales quota. You will achieve this by developing executive relationships with key buyers and influencers over the phone within your accounts, while also mirroring this activity with our key partner accounts. This is a quota carrying role and will see you meeting new clients, working from strategic partner offices, and working closely with your Sales Manager. The role would ideally suit an experienced Inside Salesperson who is looking for future development to a full Account Management Role. Responsibilities: Focused hunting within region to find and convert new clients to Fortinet. Develop key account plans for your strategic accounts to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility. Maximize Fortinet\’s opportunity in new accounts through consultative selling. Serve as lead contact for your accounts. Build a strong territory plan to engage all resources to grow your territory. Work to identify and execute marketing campaigns. Develops relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners. Consistently delivers a high-quality pipeline and accurate forecast. Accurate management of pipeline/opportunities via CRM – Salesforce.com Achievement of quarterly revenue targets. Required Skills: 4+ years in an Inside Sales or “Hybrid” role Proven track record of working with high volumes. Established bank of clients within territory who are ready to approach. Networking, Security or Cloud background Proven track record of target over-achievement Knowledge and practical use of MEDDPIC is advantageous. SFDC/Salesforce.com knowledge advantageous Must be motivated, a self-starter, and be able to deal with ambiguity. Excellent communications skill set.
