Your role
As a Frames Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales in your territory across the South West.
Main responsibilities:
- Guarantee sales by achieving targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives through effective customer needs analysis.
- Develop business relationships with customers and visit them periodically.
- Ensure effective territory coverage with regular visits and consistent service levels.
- Train customers' sales and dispensing staff on brand, product, and visual merchandising to promote active recommendation of our products.
- Present new and seasonal collections to clients at least twice a year to facilitate order registration.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activities.
- Support local and international events, trade marketing, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain product range, stock levels, and store supplies at client outlets, ensuring timely order input and execution.
- Identify and resolve client concerns regarding products and services.
- Ensure compliance with and proper deployment of the commercial policy.
Main requirements:
- A proactive 'can do' attitude with a focus on performance and ownership of results.
- Effective planning skills, including customer contact strategy and appointment scheduling.
- Ability to work as part of a team, creating partnerships and supporting colleagues and other functions.
- Knowledge of eyewear, sports, or experience selling branded sports products is preferred.
- A full, clean driving license is essential.
- Proven customer service and sales experience, ideally in field sales.
