Specialist Private Client practice founded in Brighton/Hove in 2000, seeks Solicitor or CILEX to join the existing team. Some WFH is also on offer.
The successful lawyer will be dealing with a mix of Probates, Wills, POAs, Court of Protection work and advising clients on Estate Planning matters. Any additional experience with Wills/Probate disputes or associated property work would be an advantage.
Working alongside a small team of 3 lawyers including a Solicitor and Legal Assistant, you will be acting for and advising Sussex, Kent, Surrey & London based clients on a full range of private client services. You will be working from the firms new offices in Hove and should be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems.
Some WFH is on offer, Generous salary, 25 days annual leave and Private Healthcare and Laptop are some of the benefits on offer.
