Web Content Editor / Operations
My client is urgently seeking a Web Content Editor / Operations specialist to assist their market leading brands with online content and CMS strategy.
The Role:
- Update and manage task completion based on the relevant trackers: Excel, Jira, etc..
- Independently execute content updates, edits, and minor improvements via Website & E-Commerce Content Management Systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across digital properties.
- Quality Assurance -Conduct detailed, ongoing checks for accuracy, functionality, accessibility and UX optimization across websites.Report gaps in Jira and assess the fixes once completed
- Weekly Reporting -Provide a concise, tracker-backed weekly update, ensuring full transparency of task status, blockers, and progress.
- Ad-Hoc Support – Support the Platform Manager & E-Commerce Manager in ad-hoc needs
Length: 6 months with a potential extension
