Head of Fundraising

Work for a charity in the West of England as a permanent Head of Relationship Fundraising (50,000 – 55,000 per annum & hybrid).

We are looking for an experienced Head of Relationship Fundraising to lead and scale the organisation\’s relational fundraising activities.

Role Purpose

• The Head of Relationship Fundraising will lead and scale the organisation\’s relational fundraising activities to achieve ambitious income strategies.

What we look for

• Strategic leadership, income growth & donor relationship management.
• Line management expertise.
• Ideally Head of experience but will consider those ready for a step up in their career.

What we offer

• Permanent position.
• Salary: 50,000 – 55,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working arrangement.
• 35 hours per week.
• Location: West of England.
