About the Role
As a Leveraged Finance Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs), recapitalizations, refinancings, and acquisition financing. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, giving you the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, financial sponsors, and private equity firms, while gaining significant exposure to complex financing structures and markets.
Responsibilities
- Transaction Structuring and Execution: Assist in structuring and executing leveraged finance deals, including LBOs, recapitalizations, refinancings, and acquisition financing.
- Financial Modelling and Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate debt capacity, credit profiles, and return metrics.
- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit and risk analysis on potential transactions, including preparing credit memos and client presentations for internal approval.
Qualifications
