First Steps Enterprise is seeking Primary Teachers for schools in the Sefton area for fixed-term contracts.
Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, evaluate, and review learning programmes that promote physical, emotional, social, cultural, and moral development.
- Teach individual pupils or small groups, reviewing lessons and adapting teaching styles according to school policies.
- Participate in preparing pupils for public examinations, assess and record pupil progress, and supervise during examinations.
- Contribute to curriculum development and related activities.
- Act as a faculty coordinator, overseeing subject group development and self-evaluation.
- Previous teaching experience with the appropriate age group.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Knowledge of the relevant subject and Key Stage.
- Ability to deliver a flexible, differentiated curriculum to pupils with varying abilities.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
