It has more than 250 members of staff, including over 80 lawyers and 45 partners, who act for many international and national household brand names and a variety of individual clients throughout the UK. The role
We are looking for a 4-7 PQE solicitor to join our growing Restructuring and Insolvency team based out of our Southampton or Bournemouth office. The team has focussed expertise in all areas of restructuring and insolvency and acts mainly for insolvency practitioners as well as banks, other creditors and stakeholders who might be impacted by financial distress. The team is recognised for its work in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
The ideal candidate will have had some dedicated non-contentious restructuring and insolvency experience post-qualification, ideally at either a city or leading regional practice. Prior experience working in corporate and commercial teams within a law firm would be preferable.
Candidates should be willing to work at times on time-sensitive assignments and must be commercially focused, agile and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
This role offers a great opportunity for immediate exposure to high quality work directly supporting a Partner focussed on growing the practice, and the ability to fulfil career aspirations at a progressive law firm.
