ICONICS is seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer and UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences for our web-based applications and websites. You will work closely with our marketing and IT teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Analysis
- Identify user needs and objectives through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, user journeys, and storyboards to illustrate and inform design decisions.
- Design and Prototyping
- Develop wireframes and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design user interfaces for web applications and websites, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
- Create interactive prototypes to test design concepts and gather feedback.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and content writers to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Usability and Accessibility
- Ensure designs meet usability standards and are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve designs.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing, preferably within a multi-national SaaS or technology company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design and UX projects.
- Experience with content management systems (Kentico is a plus).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (or a comparable Marketing Automation platform) and Salesforce preferred.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
