Sous Chef

C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Banqueting Sous Chef to join a fantastic kitchen team in their conference and banqueting function at a 4* Hotel. You will be responsible for daily operations of the kitchen and food production and ensure the quality of the food is being maintained. You will also assist the Head Chef with making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
