This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist with a strong Diversity and Inclusion skill set to join one of London's leading Arts charities. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be responsible for implementing their diversity, inclusion, and belonging roadmap and building out learning and development pathways for their staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Integrating Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging best practices into policies and processes
  • Leading key initiatives to support a culture of learning and development
  • Establishing a framework for their Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging values and integrating them into the organization
  • Overseeing the development of focus groups
  • Providing guidance and resources to leaders to drive engagement and impact
  • Being a trusted point of contact for HR queries and supporting employee relations issues
  • Supporting line managers with recruitment, onboarding, performance, and pay processes

You should be an HR Manager or HR Generalist with experience as a Diversity and Inclusion lead. A strong understanding of D&I best practices, combined with experience providing effective advice to line managers, is essential. A passion for fostering an inclusive environment and excellent stakeholder management skills are also required. Ideally, you will be Level 5 CIPD qualified.
