The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in project management of residential led/mixed use development projects.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of projects for the timely delivery of high quality, large scale and/or complex development through the planning system.
- Commission and oversee capital works contracts, supported by technical colleagues, required to de-risk sites.
- Drafting and presenting high quality approval papers to obtain committee and board approval.
- Engage with the wider resource and skills colleagues and other relevant partner agencies and stakeholders.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified to degree level or suitable professional qualification/membership of relevant professional body.
- Extensive experience at a senior level in a relevant sector.
- Experience of risk mitigation strategies.
