The Role: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie for the Pastry kitchen to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate pastry chef looking to develop their skills in a prestigious and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in line with the restaurant's standards
  • Assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and operational, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage and train junior pastry staff, ensuring their development and progression
  • Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie - Pastry in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Exceptional pastry skills and a creative flair for new recipe development
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
