Duration: Permanent.
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am to 4pm).
Holiday: 35 days per annum inc. bank holidays. Increasing to 38 days inc. bank holidays after 2 years.

Position Overview: We are looking for a graduate with strong mathematics and data analysis, who has a desire to use digital marketing and the power of data to make the world a better place. You’ll be devising and implementing award-winning digital campaigns across multiple channels for some amazing clients, including well-known charities. This will include Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social Ads and Programmatic Display. You’ll have a passion for data and a keen eye for detail. This role will report into the Senior Paid Media Manager, and will progress into a Paid Media Executive role.

The Day-to-Day:
- Paid media implementation:
- Researching and developing audience targeting.
- Optimising Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Developing fantastic ads and identifying which perform best with audiences.
- Keyword research and development.
- Improving the user journey from ad delivery through to final conversion:
- Optimising the efficiency of website landing pages.
- Support with the improvement of UX (User Experience).
- Support the onsite conversion journey.
- Ensuring ads reflect are aligned with the onsite experience.
- Supporting and implementing digital marketing tracking tags and pixels.
- Utilising data from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
- Producing data dashboard reports with Google Looker Studio.
- Testing and developing new ways to display data.
- Developing and improving automation through:
- Google sheets (using functions and app integration).
- Google scripts.
- Attend client meetings.
- Communicate with clients including taking requests, answering questions and keeping them informed of progress.
Requirements:
- Demonstrably brilliant mathematics.
- A logical, problem-solving mindset.
- Pro-activity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to discuss technical concepts with clients.
- An ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment.
- IT literacy (especially on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – knowledge of Google Suite is also desirable).
