This role offers a salary circa £45,000 including an up to 20% bonus, pension plan, employee discounts and flexible benefits; plus 31 days annual leave and six bank holidays. Hours - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. (Hybrid)
About the Role
This role is responsible for preparing and producing high quality, compelling and professional commercial proposals that reflect customer requirements, adhere to corporate brand guidelines and standards, and assist the business in meeting key performance targets. You are responsible for managing bids throughout the end-to-end bid management cycle, ensuring the business has the right strategy in place to maximise our chances of success. In addition, you are responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of up to date, compelling, corporate branded Bid Library content. The role holder also contributes towards the continuous improvement of the bid management process.
About you
You will have strong planning and organisation abilities, as well as expertise producing technical proposals, bids, or tender documents, preferably in a commercial setting. You will be able to take strategic guidance and transform it into achievable goals, working to a high standard within time constraints. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy and quality are essential. It goes without saying that you will have great written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate and influence successfully at all levels, identifying critical stakeholder messages.
