The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating our presence at global energy events, both in-person and online, and maintaining our social media presence. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities
- Event Coordination
- Plan and execute the company's participation in global oil and gas events, including trade shows, conferences, and industry expos.
- Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, travel arrangements, and staffing.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure cohesive representation and effective communication of our products and services.
- Manage the scheduling, promotion, and execution of third-party webinars and podcasts.
- Identify opportunities to present and speak at events and conferences.
- Analyse and report on the performance and engagement metrics of each session.
- Social Media Management
- Implement our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
- Create, schedule, and post content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and enquiries, and engage with followers.
- Track and report on social media analytics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.
- Marketing Support
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day activities and special projects.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
Individual Quality and Safety Responsibilities
- To comply with STATS Integrated Management System when carrying out project engineering tasks.
- To comply with STATS and Client quality, safety and environmental management systems and procedures at all times.
- Ensure all accidents/incidents/near misses/hazards are immediately reported to the QHSE team.
Qualifications
- A professional qualification in marketing or a related subject advantageous.
- Experience working in a similar role advantageous.

- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
