Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Engagement for our AECO strategy in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader for Autodesk\’s AECO market across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, coordinating go-to-market strategies and understanding the distinct markets within EMEA. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate diverse requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will shape regional strategies, align with internal stakeholders, build relationships with customers, develop country plans, and oversee expansion strategies. You will also establish and nurture industry partnerships, attend industry events, and stay informed about industry trends.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and coordinate go-to-market strategies for the AECO market across EMEA.
2. Understand and contribute to growth strategies within diverse EMEA markets.
3. Engage with stakeholders across the region, navigating different country requirements.
4. Manage strategic initiatives to execute the EMEA market strategy.
5. Provide insights based on market trends and competition.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
7. Create, implement, and measure business plans.
8. Travel up to 30% as needed.

• Knowledge of cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Strong business fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Diplomatic with executive presence and experience in large organizations.
• Knowledge of information management in EMEA.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across dispersed teams.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation, and strategy implementation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building within a matrix organization.
