This is a senior leadership opportunity for a high-performing individual with a proven track record in residential lettings and strategic team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the London-based lettings teams, shaping growth, culture, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of customer service.
- Drive team performance, personal development, and day-to-day management.
- Create and implement business plans relevant to your branch.
