About the Role – Plumbing Sales Specialist in Camden We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our thriving branch in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our plumbing division, working closely with trade and retail customers to meet their needs and exceed sales targets. Location Lawsons Camden Branch = 53 Blundell Street, Camden, London, N7 9BN. Working Hours and Benefits – Plumbing Sales Role Full Time: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, plus alternate Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 (44.5 hours per week) Salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 Celebration Day Workplace Pension Scheme Death in Service Benefit Employee Assistance Programme Access to My Reward programme – including online GP access Plumbing Sales Responsibilities – Driving Customer Satisfaction and Growth Provide expert product advice, quotations, and information on plumbing supplies to trade and retail customers, both in person and over the phone. Proactively drive plumbing sales to achieve and surpass branch sales targets, margins, and profitability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Source specialist plumbing items and communicate lead times effectively. Work collaboratively with warehouse, yard, and delivery teams to ensure smooth processing and dispatch of orders. Manage administrative processes including order entry, stock control, and customer records accurately. Support the Branch Manager and wider team in daily branch operations and any promotional activities. Promote a culture of professionalism, inclusion, and safety for all staff and customers.
