Venn Groupβs specialist legal team are currently working with a Local Authority who are seeking a Locum Solicitor who is experienced in PFI and Company contracts.
Role Overview:
- Location: Remote working with first day attendance
- Contract Length: Initial 3 months with the possibility for extension
- Rate: Up to Β£60 per hour (umbrella)
Key responsibilities:
- Advise and oversee Private Financial Incentive (PFI) contracts within the Local Authority
- Drafting and advising on a variety of commercial matters, varying in complexity
- Provide expert advice on procurement regulations and relevant policies
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Public Sector experience is essential
