About the Role We re looking for a Work Based Learning Forum Manager to lead a workbased learning organisation. You will report directly to the Chair of the Forum Board and support both the Board and Forum members to achieve their vision. About the Organisation Formed over 15 years ago this group includes over 20 members such as Independent Training Providers FE Colleges Universities and Employer Providers. They all deliver governmentfunded contracts and are dedicated to developing excellence in workbased learning. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Work with the Board of Directors to set annual objectives and budgets. Company Secretary: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Partnerships: Promote the Forum and its services through effective partnerships. Team Management: Guide a Project Manager and a Project Worker to ensure they align with the Forum s direction. Requirements Knowledge: Strong understanding of workbased learning Apprenticeships Ofsted standards and funding agency requirements. Skills : Excellent communication influence and negotiation skills. Budget management and financial planning experience are also advantageous. Salary and Benefits Salary: 45000 to 47000 Benefits: Pension healthcare holidays mileage and partial homebased working.
