Position Details: Role : Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Hours : Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 15:30 pm Start Date : Immediately Location : Newham About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work both inside and outside of the classroom, supporting students in a Year 4 and 5 class. This is a split role where you will: Provide one-on-one support to a student with autism, helping them navigate their educational journey and reach their developmental goals. Support a small group of boys with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs , helping them build resilience, confidence, and academic progress. Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and SENDCo , who will provide comprehensive support throughout your role.
