An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a top UK firm in its highly regarded TMT practice. The team advises on both transactions (such as large technology or telecoms contracts) and regulatory advice (such as cyber security, data privacy and online harms). Experience required: Qualified in England and Wales Have between 1-4 years PQE Have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology documentation, including outsourcing agreements, digital infrastructure/telecom agreements, SaaS agreements, development agreements, and collaboration agreements Ability to give practical, clear advice. Excellent communication skills. Motivated and enthusiastic. Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
