Key Responsibilities:

3. Assessment: Regularly assess students\’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs.

4. Parental Engagement: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support students\’ development and well-being, holding regular parent-teacher conferences.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to school events, and promote a cohesive school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant qualifications in primary education.

2. Prior experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

4. A genuine passion for primary education, creativity, and adaptability.

5. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
