• £26k base salary with on target earnings in your first year through commission and promotions expected to be £65k+!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold-calling potential candidates/ clients to produce new leads/ opportunities
• Researching your market and becoming an expert within the space
• Attending client meetings and understanding what they are exactly after in greater depth
• Guiding candidates from start to finish, providing any feedback, advice, etc. throughout
