• Experienced billing specialist within your chosen field.
• Demonstrable success in recruitment.
• Ability to bring in further experienced/trainee consultants and develop them.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Accountability for a team’s success or readiness to take on the challenge.
• A strong desire for financial success.
