Nouvo are excited to be working with an organisation who are going from strength to strength within the Property sector. They are looking for an individual with facilities maintenance or property experience who is looking to grow with a successful company. The Role; Responsibility for good client service and ensuring a first class service Dealing with customer queries verbally and in written form Manage electronic data and e-mails, responding within 24hrs Answering phones being the first port of call for anyone who calls the office Raising complaints with contractors when works aren’t completed to a satisfactory standard Follow up of H&S, FRA, Site Reports and lift engineering works, ensuring that all reports are actioned Completing minutes and site reports Liaise directly with property manager(s) to ensure that orders can be raised About You; Previous experience within property is essential Full UK driving license is required A desire to learn and gain knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to deal with customers and clients Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
