Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace, such as sourcing delivery of office lunches.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and event coordination for executives.
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and overall tidiness.
- Liaise with external partners (accountants, lawyers, IT, etc.).
- Manage invoicing tasks.
- Provide occasional support for light bookkeeping, compliance filing, or investor relations tasks.
Qualifications:
- Degree educated.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
