Overview of the Role The RFP and Due Diligence (RFP/DDS) organization is responsible for completing over 6,000 RFPs/DDQs annually. This role primarily acts as a liaison between the RFP/DDS team managers, managing workflow for the global team. Additionally, the role supports team reporting needs, including weekly pipeline updates, and quarterly, semi-annual, and annual metrics shared with internal stakeholders. The individual will also assist with team initiatives alongside the Head of the team. This position interacts with RFP management, sales teams, and subject matter experts across the business to ensure client and prospect requests are clear and properly serviced by the appropriate RFP/DDS channel. Key Responsibilities and Duties Work closely with RFP/DDS managers to scope and assign requests received through Salesforce. Schedule and host asset class pod meetings to assess team capacity and expertise areas. Responsible for quarterly and annual team metric reporting. Support special projects as assigned by the Head of RFP/DDS. Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. Create and distribute process improvement initiatives related to the proposal cycle. Technical Skills & Qualifications Required Experience managing workflow in Salesforce or similar tools. Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Broad understanding of Asset Classes and products within Private and Public Markets. Demonstrable product/investment knowledge. Bilingual skills are advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and RFP databases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines while maintaining quality. Experience in large, matrixed asset management organizations is preferable. Strong sales and client service orientation across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed to meet deadlines. Work Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience.
