ProCook is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Store Manager to join our vibrant team at the Banbridge Store.
This is a full-time position – 40 hours/week!
Your Recipe for Success:
As our Deputy Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team development.
A Typical Day at Work:

• Kick off the day with a team briefing, setting goals and expectations
• Be a point of contact for customers, helping them discover the products they love
• Lead by example in product knowledge and customer service
• Assist in maintaining the store\’s presentation and hygiene standards
• Wrap up the day by strategising for tomorrow\’s success

Requirements
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive performance
• Lead the team in absence of the Store Manager with confidence
• Deliver memorable customer service that promotes loyalty
• Encourage team training and development on products and customer interaction
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing
• Monitor financial performance and identify cost-effective solutions
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory effectively

Who You Are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
• A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A strong leader, able to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Organised with a keen eye for detail
• Competent with POS systems and computer software
