Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a fantastic and reputable business, based in Wetherby. We\’re looking for an energetic, driven individual who is passionate about continuous improvement and looking to take ownership of their own projects and make a real impact. This role will give you the opportunity to lead change initiatives and support the development of a culture focused on ongoing improvement across the business. Day to day duties: Lead and drive the Lean improvement journey, helping the business develop its processes and people towards a culture of continuous improvement. Work across all areas of the business to create meaningful, long-lasting change. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance data and systems that support performance monitoring. Collect and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable solutions. Coach and support teams in Root Cause Analysis and practical problem-solving. Lead teams to implement corrective and preventative actions when issues arise. Create and update documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and standard work.
