On behalf of our client, a global leader in the aerospace industry, we are seeking an experienced PCB Rework Technician to join their team based in Havant. This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace technology and work with a company that has exciting plans for the near future. This is a Monday - Friday position, a 37-hour week, with a nice early finish on a Friday!

Key Responsibilities:
- Fault Diagnosis: Identify and troubleshoot issues down to the component level on complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in aerospace systems.
- PCB Rework: Perform rework, repair, and modifications on PCBs, including soldering and desoldering components.
- Component Replacement: Conduct high-precision rework and component replacements using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Testing & Validation: Perform functional testing of reworked PCBs to ensure full operational capability and compliance with stringent aerospace standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of rework activities.
What you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience in PCB rework, fault-finding, and component-level repair.
- Experience in advanced soldering and rework techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret PCB schematics, assembly drawings, and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability electronics industries is highly desirable.
