Clannalba supports nine autistic adults in a vibrant, scenic environment. We're looking for creative colleagues who share our values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.
At Scottish Autism, we value our Autism Practitioners, providing top-notch training to ensure they deliver high-quality support. This is a fantastic opportunity, even if you're new to the field. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential - just a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating personalised support plans
- Building positive relationships
- Collaborating with families and health professionals
- Encouraging independence, community involvement, and personal development
Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required.
Please note that due to our location, access to reliable personal transport is highly recommended, as public transport options are limited.
