What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service & UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing our Customer Experience and Service Design offerings, helping to establish us as a leading provider in these areas. You’ll work closely with design, client services, and project management leads to deliver innovative employee, customer, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead interaction and service design projects, including workshops, creative sessions, and defining design principles.
  • User-Centered Design: Ensure all designs are informed by a deep understanding of the people we’re designing for.
  • Practice Innovation: Evolve Service Design practices, integrating insights from internal and external expertise.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior team members, offering constructive feedback and skill development.
