Town Planner

Job Title: Town Planner/Senior Town Planner/Principal Planner
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Option of hybrid working with a minimum of 3/4 days a week in the office.
We are working with a multi-disciplinary property consultancy who are seeking either a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in their Winchester office. If you are looking for that next step within your career, this could be the right role for you!
Qualifications:
Chartered Town Planner status (MRTPI) or working towards this is desired
Minimum 3 years experience in town planning, demonstrating a track record of successful project management
In-depth knowledge of planning legislation, policies, and procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ideally some experience working on larger developments, particularly those within London
