We’re looking for a Sub Agent to join our Regional Civils team based at Bridgwater Tidal Barrier in Somerset. Location : Bridgwater Tidal Barrier, Somerset Contract : Permanent, Full Time What will you be responsible for? As a Sub Agent, you’ll be working within the Regional Civils team, supporting them by working on a collaborative Delivery Framework with the Environment Agency delivering schemes across the Southwest. Your day to day will include: Assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as method statements, environmental and quality plans, construction programmes, procurement and design delivery schedules Liaising with Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant materials and temporary works to carry out required activities Managing the site engineering team, being responsible for the performance and development of Site and Section Engineers Responsibility for identifying and resolving problems arising from technical site issues in liaison with Agent Ensuring site teams have required documentation, information, resources required to carry out duties What are we looking for?
