About the Product & Engineering Team: The Choreograph Product & Engineering team builds the Open Media Studio platform, empowering GroupM practitioners to:

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Enablement Architect to join our dynamic Insights & Planning team. If you are a passionate product evangelist with a deep understanding of the ad tech landscape and a proven ability to drive product adoption, this role is for you. Reporting to: Director, Product Enablement, Insights & Planning, EMEA
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Insight & Strategy Development: Develop a deep understanding of each product within the Insights & Planning suite, including user workflows and upcoming features. Leverage these insights to identify opportunities, address challenges, and contribute strategically to product roadmaps, maximizing product usage and adoption.
- Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design and implement targeted enablement programs tailored to specific product needs, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and global objectives. Create and deliver compelling training materials, playbooks, and resources for both internal teams and external clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product, data strategy, and enablement teams to identify and address enablement gaps and opportunities. Ensure alignment between regional market needs and global strategic objectives.
- Leverage Central Enablement Resources: Collaborate closely with the central Enablement team to leverage existing resources and best practices for deployment, training, marketing materials, and ongoing product support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of these resources based on regional needs and feedback.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs using key metrics. Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact across regional and global client bases, aiming to increase product adoption.
- Product Education & Advocacy: Serve as a product expert and thought leader, delivering engaging training sessions and presentations to internal teams and external clients. Collaborate closely with product teams to stay ahead of new releases, ensuring stakeholders are informed and equipped to leverage new features effectively.
- Client Support: Coordinate with global client teams, acting as a central point of contact to ensure consistent enablement delivery and alignment across regions.
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience in product enablement, client success, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Experience developing and executing enablement strategies and creating supporting materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
- 3+ years of experience in ad tech, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, digital channels, and platforms.
- Background in training and development.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and practically in a demanding environment.
- A strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience in SaaS or tech companies is a plus.
