Professional and established water hygiene company are currently looking to recruit a water hygiene engineer to cover contracts across the Home Counties region. The client is well respected for delivering market leading legionella management services to a portfolio of longstanding clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a highly successful business. The role would suit those that are looking to cut down on extensive travel as most work is scheduled within an hour radius.

Candidates will be based with good access to the Home Counties and North London region, with consideration being given to locations such as; Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage, Letchworth Garden City, Royston, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Ware, Hertford, Bishop's Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Harlow, Cheshunt, Hatfield, St Albans, Watford, Enfield and the surrounding areas.

Requirements:

  • Demonstratable experience working as a water hygiene / environmental service technician.
  • Experience in delivering legionella control measures to a varied site base.
  • Working knowledge of ACoP L8.
  • Flexible and happy to travel in line with the company's needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Water testing and monitoring of hot and cold water systems.
  • Legionella sampling.
  • Tank inspections.
  • TMV testing and servicing.
  • Showerhead cleans.
  • Disinfection works.
  • Flushing of little used outlets.
