Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing and handling various data and records.
  • Working with HR records, Workforce Management Information, staff time sheets, attendance records, and training files to provide vital support as the 'back office' across all aspects of the site-based team.
  • Delivering responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills.
  • Showing initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, and decision-making.
  • Potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.

Minimum Requirements:

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
