We enjoy looking after people, that’s what great people do. We are an engaging, structured kitchen environment that drives creativity and development. Our menus and creations are inspired by the seasons and our specialist Cornish growers, farmers, and fishermen. The roles will provide the professional delivery of these menus across the hotels' kitchens, restaurants, and events.
You must be well presented, articulate, and driven and have a natural tendency to do everything to the best of your ability. Experience will be required for some positions, and further training will be provided to allow you to develop and expand your skills. We will happily consider candidates without experience that have an attitude and personality that fit with our ethos and values.
