One member of the couple will need to be a Chef with experience in menu creation using fresh food, while the other will be a warm and gracious host to run the front of house.

My Client has recently purchased the village pub and is seeking an experienced management couple to take charge. This will be a proper community hub with great local brews and fresh seasonal food. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with local farmers and producers to create a stunning menu and open a beautiful pub after a generous refurbishment.

About the Position

1. You will have full financial accountability and stock ordering.
2. Developing and training the team, taking on board all feedback and actioning where necessary.
3. You will be in control of generating your menu, including wine choices, beer preferences, and food options.

1. Fresh food experience is essential.
2. Proactive and aware of what is needed for the company to thrive.
3. Strong experience record, with a proven track record in the industry and P&L awareness.
4. Impeccable presence, exuding charisma and being that welcoming friendly face.
