Total Politics Events has recently launched its event division and is looking to expand! We focus on public policy conferences, producing our own events as well as organising client events, providing a first-class service, originality, creativity, and commitment.
Our conference team seeks an Event Coordinator to assist in delivering our conferences and events. This busy role involves planning and managing events from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Event management
- Liaise with and confirm speakers prior to the conference, understanding their requirements
- Coordinate with sponsors and endorsers leading up to the event
- Work with set builders, audio-visual suppliers, and venue staff
- Assist the team in achieving financial targets
- Produce marketing materials for print and online platforms
- Manage social media accounts including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Prepare print materials for the event day such as badges and handbooks
- Compile conference papers before and after the event
- Oversee stationary stock control
- Attend and manage the event on the day
Some early mornings and late nights may be required during conference season.
